Owner Agreement:

The Owner consents to leave their pet in the care of The Royal Kitty Inn and understands that the pet will be provided with basic care (feeding, exercise, etc.).

The Owner acknowledges that the boarding facility will ensure the security, safety and well being of the animal but will not be held liable for illness, injury, or accidents that occur during the pet's stay.

In case of emergency, the pet will receive veterinary care at the owner's expense. The owner authorizes The Royal Kitty Inn to make medical decisions for the pet if necessary.

The Owner confirms that the pet is up to date on vaccinations and is free from contagious diseases.

The Owner agrees to pay all fees associated with the boarding, including any additional charges for extended

stays.

The Royal Kitty Inn reserves the right to refuse service if the pet displays aggressive or harmful behavior toward staff or other animals.

The Owner is responsible for providing food for the duration of cat(s) stay.

The Owner understands that The Royal Kitty Inn and staff will not be held responsible for any supplies/medications being misplaced or damaged and have notified the staff of any known medical issues.

The Owner understands that if The Royal Kitty Inn hasn't heard from the Owner 5 days after pick up date TheRoyal Kitty Inn will reach out to Animal Control to surrender pet. The Royal Kitty Inn will do everything

possible to try to reach Owner before reaching out to Animal Control.

The Owner agrees that I have read in full and filled out this form. I understand that The Royal Kitty Inn staff will follow these guidelines to the best of their ability. However, I understand if under extenuating circumstances the staff are late or unable to provide these needs as requested The Royal Kitty Inn and staff will not be held liable or

responsible for any ailment caused to the animal.
